Vinland Stables maintains an open door policy for trainers and other professionals to come give lessons, train horses and see to the other needs that a horse or rider might have.  We also have a wonderful group of equine professionals that work at our barn on a regular basis if you are looking for lessons or training.  Every professional that works at Vinland Stables is fully insured.

Patti Binner ESMT

Equi-peutic Massage

Patti is a Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist. She has been certified through Therasage EMC and continues to do on going studies and hands on training through Equinology. Patti began to realize the importance of massage many years ago when she started to have her own horse worked on. She was amazed how her horse responded. She realized then the wellness benefits and decided to get certified herself.

Patti treats every horse as an individual and caters her massage to the individual horse. Patti is trained in a variety of massage techniques so that she can customize her massage to the horse’s needs.

Patti’s goal is to be part of the wellness team for you and your horse. She works with all ages and breeds. Her clients range from the upper level competing horse to retired companions.

Katie Brucks

Trainer

With an outstanding background as an instructor, and over 15 years of teaching experience, Katie brings both her passion and her expertise to the arena, helping you believe & achieve! At the age of 10, Katie began riding dressage under the instruction of Pat Heeg at Prairieview Farm in Greenville, WI. She took to horses easily and decided to chase her dreams of owning her own income producing horse farm. After graduating from Neenah High School she attended the University of Minnesota–Crookston. While studying in Crookston she rode on both the western/reining team and hunter/jumper team. In the spring of 2005 she was placed 10th in the nation by the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association in western equitation at the national competition. Her final year in college she coached the UMC Hunter/Jumper team and taught the lab portions of equine reproduction techniques and equine production. In December 2005, she graduated from Crookston with a Bachelor of Science in Equine Industries Management. Katie loves teaching and has a passion to help kids and adults learn sound horsemanship on and off the horse and she knows how to make it fun while learning! You can contact Katie at 920-213-5203

Megan Lisowe

Instructor/ Trainer, Owner of MML Equine, llc

Megan has 20+ years of experience with horses.  She earned an elementary education degree from UW-River Falls in 2006, and has 12+ years of experience as an elementary teacher in the Fox Valley. In college Megan rode on the UW-River Fall's Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) hunter/jumper team. Both at IHSA shows and in college equine courses, Megan had the opportunity to ride a variety of breeds of horses with many different temperaments and levels of training. Megan has successfully shown her own horses in open pleasure shows, schooling and rated dressage shows, local hunter/jumper shows and Eventing. In dressage Megan earned her USDF Bronze medal by competing up to third level.  As an instructor Megan focuses on mastering the basics and forming a partnership with your horse.  Megan enjoys working with both beginners and riders with experience.  Lesson are offered in basic horsemanship English or Western, dressage and low-level jumping.  Contact her: 920-850-9292 or mmlequine@gmail.com
